If I could give ZERO-- I would; This Scam-type Service Caused serious delays and was predatory with its unnecessary subscription for ADA folks

I feel scammed and stressed. My experience with this app was terrible.
For folks with ADA and 504 plans, contact your advocate, clinician, or other support team before logging onto this terrible app that touts itself as a useful, accessible tool for those renting.
For property management staff, I must say that I urge you to use another service. It's not worth your company getting bad reviews because this scam-type service is messing up long-existing reasonable accommodations processes with an experimental and not disability-supportive mobile phone app!

Handles my situation promptly
There was a misunderstanding with the personnel at the leasing office. The information on how to fill out the PetScreening application wasnt properly explained. But PetScreening handled the mistake and corrected the situation quickly.

I got charged twice for my pet screening, once on Sunday and then again on Mon. It said my profile was not complete, so I went in and completed it, and it charged me again. I want my $30 back!

Help with refund
My property manager said to contact you for a refund. Since I'm not having a pet live with me, I shouldn't have signed up for this.
They agreed that your website was misleading in making me pay for this service when I did not need to since I do not have a dog moving into this unit. I am really low on funds and could please use the money back.

No way to handle issues. They are so sure about the medical violations they break that they don’t even feel the need for customer service
Won't call you and isn't HIPAA/PHI compliant. They ask for too many details on medical history.
They want a Release of Medical Information (ROI) and they will deny you if non-compliant.
I am a protected person and do not need to disclose the intensity of my medical history. And to learn I can be denied housing is more than preposterous.

This is a bogus company that does nothing but take your money!!!
I cancelled my service using a link sent to me by PetScreening. I then received an email thanking me for renewing my subscription and they took $30 out of my account, even though I had CANCELLED!!!
I emailed the company and received another link to cancel. That email listed a dog that is not mine!!! I then looked up a Customer Service phone number to speak with a representative. The firs phone number went to a Real Estate service - the second phone number goes to "Nothing Bundt Cakes" and the third phone number has a recording stating that no one ansers that phone!!
I have since emailed them three times and have had NO response!!! I have had to register a compaint with my bank to attempt to cancel the payment.

Apartment complex has gone to paper forms for this time only. PS also "listed" the only pet I had in their system, my prior service dog, and this was near the 1 year anniversary of his passing. Thank you so much.
I'm being charged (Third degree felony) for pet rent because PetScreening has reviewed to accept my application.
User's recommendation: Avoid properties that use them. They are probably just venture capital firms like PetScreening, only interested in making money. BTW. Interesting that their street address appears abandoned on Google Maps.

Very invasive with personal Information
I have 2 ESA animals on an ESA letter which the first Amina was already screened for and the second animal needed to become ESA animal die to my medical condition-
Pet screening was unnecessarily difficult in approving the second animal and asked for what reason (short of revealing my psychiatric condition which is a violation of HIPPA law) and used it as a reason to Not approved my dog!
User's recommendation: Be careful with Petscreening - they will reject your ESA status for no good reason just to not approved your animal

twice. I have as given a phone number that led to a private cell phone. I received a while blank page to put my information down on your website such as it is.

They won't get back to me
So I was charged twice the fee once on Sunday & then again on Monday. I got an email saying that my profile was not complete on Monday so I went in & completed it & was charged for pet screening again

Not getting replying emails
Applied a week ago for a pet application to move into my mobile home. No response to two emails sent to customer support at the pet screening website.
Today is day 5 of the 2-5 day timeline promised to me for the application, and I am frustrated I cannot receive any sort of feedback.
This is the final step to me being able to move into my mobile home, and it really is throwing off all of my planning. This company obviously has no support line set up to call because they work this way, and it is a shame you can’t get any help from anyone.
