PetScreening company won’t let me cancel services or auto renew despite numerous contacts over 3 years!
A property management company, Hoffman Realty, in Tampa Florida made me use PetScreening. I bought my own property 3, almost 4 years ago.
I have tried cancelling service numerous times and the system, despite following instructions to cancel, wont let me. You also cant speak with a live person at PetScreening.
I believe it is a scam. They owe me approximately 100.00 dollars of auto renew money!

Resolved: Status on Approval
I submitted my documentation for my ESA and my status has been sitting in review for a week now and I havent heard anything and the status hasnt changed. I submitted all documentation and Ive gotten nothing.
Ive tried sending an email and it says something went wrong and Ive tried calling and it just doesnt do anything and then exits me out of the phone call. Id like to get my ESA approved so that I can get my dog home with me

Over a year ago, my wife submitted an application for an apartment that we did not end up getting. A year later, she received an auto-renewal charge of $30 for a service we have never used.

Legit ESA denied
I submitted a letter issued from my primary care provider, not some online ESA service, and Petscreening.com has continued to say that they need additional information. I've supplied the clarification they needed.
They want details but say don't give us personal details. They send emails, but you can't respond to those, you have to log onto their website and submit the response. Which generates a "We need additional information." The property mgmt company that uses them doesn't care, because they get paid regardless.
And they get more rental income when Petscreening.com rejects your ESA claim! RACKET!!
User's recommendation: If a property management company uses Petscreening.com, just look for another rental if you have an ESA.
Must be another representative of the current generation which is constantly over using, tired, worn our words because of their l8mited vocabulary. In this case it's LEGIT!

I cancel both of my cat deal with you last year and you keep sending me emails and bills leave me alone

No pet for my prospective apartment
I dont have a pet and I cant finish the application because I dont have renters insurance. I wasnt approved yet for the apartment. The application wont let me complete without insurance but im not in the apt yet

Awareness
PetScreening.Com is invasive and quite possibly violates HIPPA laws. They have sent me false information regarding ESA animal requirements for housing rentals.
My doctor's office is fed up with their nitpicky requirements. Their screening is so stressful (your rental application can not be processed without further information after spending an hour in their paperwork including a release of medical information not only for the cat but Myself!)that at one point I thought it might be easier to be homeless than to deal with these people. They have not yet asked for money but according to other reviews that is coming.
Feels like a scam. I am reporting them to all relevant agencies
What info do they want? They should only need your condition, length of treatment to date and that the doctor prescribes an ESA as part of your treatment.

I have provided all needed information. I was unable to talk to anyone. They said I didn't provide information even though it is on my current pet profile.
They need to be available to talk to when they have mistakenly said my emotional support profile was abandoned. They have a Current letter, as required.

Not getting replying emails
I go to create my account and I get a pop-up saying that I have gotten an email to confirm and Im not getting that email to confirm it says check your spam folder. Ive checked your spam folder. Im trying to apply for an apartment so the holdup is kind of scaring me that Im not gonna be able to get the apartment that I want and love so much.

My cat has the wrong name. He has been vaccinated have sent a picture & everything you have asked for.
