Horrible, can’t get any contact

I provided her documentation several times; it seems to get ignored.

After having an ESA for many years and receiving three letters over the past five years, you will quickly learn that this is not good enough. The goal of this website is to cost you money and bring emotional turmoil to people who genuinely have an emotional service animal.

This website is awful; its goal is to have your animal taken away from you or to make you pay the pet fee. They guilt you and torment you for a dollar; they are allowed to access your medical records without much limitation. I have never seen a stranger website. If you are planning on using this and moving with your ESA, good luck.

I might never be able to live with my ESA again. Right now, we are paying two rents because of how high the boarding costs are and how unproductive it would be for me not to have the animal, which we have trained to help provide me with support. I cannot even document how much emotional turmoil this website has caused me and my family, not to mention the cost. What else would you expect?

So, if you are ready to have all your personal rights violated, use this website.

Also if you are planning on moving in the next year, keep consistent and well-organized medical records so this company can decide your fate because they must think they know better than doctors.

Use a fake name and email for these people because if I used the real information, they would contact our apartment and say they will never approve my ESA! AWFUL.

If you are boarding the animal and it is not with you currently, you just let everyone know you can get by without it. So it never was an ESA. And if you move, as you have, you start all over with verification.

Too many people run scams to avoid pet rental fees. All you need is your health care provider to state they you are under ongoing mental health treatment and that they recommended an ESA as part of the treatment.

First of all, I'm not your customer. When I tried to call, the system asked for a PIN, and I'm not your customer.

You charged me $30 on my credit card. I don't even have a pet. So, how is it possible that you can charge me for a service never requested? Your customer service phone numbers do not have a real person to talk to, so it's not customer service at all.

I already started a dispute with my credit card, and I hope this was a mistake from your automated system.

Because if not, I assume you're scammers! I gave you my email before I tried to do this review, so I hope you answer and give me a way to contact you directly!

You should be more concerned someone has access to one of your devices and now has your banking information (and probably more). Not where they used it.

Your cc dispute will get the charge reversed. It won’t tell you who/how/when stole and used your information.

I spoke to my manager at my apartment complex with the Lynd Company Auburn Creek Apartments. They asked me to tell you all at the pet screening to delete my accounts completely so I can start fresh, as in all over, so I don't keep continuing to receive these emails.

Thank you! If I keep receiving these emails, I will end up blocking you all because I feel this is harassment.

So please, with all due respect, delete my accounts so I can start all over on the whole process of setting up a pet screening account/profile. Thank you!
