I am STILL waiting for a response to getting my money back on an UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE to my bank account. Ive sent the necessary information as requested and nobody has responded.

Im on a FIXED INCOME and I have extra financial responsibilities for this month! Our NEW MANAGEMENT (as of June 2025) DOES NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

I have NEVER BEEN RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PAYMENT. the old management took care of everything

Im not IT savvy. They told me that they dont have phones to call people and help them through the process of uploading documents and finishing the application.

Kept sending me videos that didnt help me.

Then didnt approve my Emotional Support Animal. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL!!!

withdrew $30.00 twice from my account. My property hasnt been managed by the company you signed either for 2 years yet you take my money anyway!!
