Disputing charges to my CC.

First of all, I'm not your customer. When I tried to call, the system asked for a PIN, and I'm not your customer.

You charged me $30 on my credit card. I don't even have a pet. So, how is it possible that you can charge me for a service never requested? Your customer service phone numbers do not have a real person to talk to, so it's not customer service at all.

I already started a dispute with my credit card, and I hope this was a mistake from your automated system.

Because if not, I assume you're scammers! I gave you my email before I tried to do this review, so I hope you answer and give me a way to contact you directly!

You should be more concerned someone has access to one of your devices and now has your banking information (and probably more). Not where they used it.

Your cc dispute will get the charge reversed. It won’t tell you who/how/when stole and used your information.

Did not move into the apartment or finish the questionnaire for your service; however, I saw online on my bank that I had already been charged. I want that back, as well as to make sure I am canceled from your records and will not receive bills in the future.

I spoke to my manager at my apartment complex with the Lynd Company Auburn Creek Apartments. They asked me to tell you all at the pet screening to delete my accounts completely so I can start fresh, as in all over, so I don't keep continuing to receive these emails.

Thank you! If I keep receiving these emails, I will end up blocking you all because I feel this is harassment.

So please, with all due respect, delete my accounts so I can start all over on the whole process of setting up a pet screening account/profile. Thank you!

Preferred solution: My accounts deleted completely so I can start fresh on making a new one.

Trying to kick out my ESA animals

Why doesn't pet screening have an automatic renewal for ESA animals when a lease is up? Should automatically renew.

Now I have 2 days until I have to kick out my pets and only a 48 hr notice. This whole pet screening website is terrible on uploading documents, which I have a valid ESA letter, and apparently there's no phone number!

Great to know I'm just on standby for an answer through email and maybe might get a call. That needs to change because 48 hrs notice from the complex is crazy.

Apartment complex made us use them

This company is absolute *** Why the *** *** should I have to pay you bastards $65 *** dollars for pet screening when I can hand deliver or email the vaccine records to the apartment complex for free??? This company is a *** *** scam!

We already paid a pet deposit and pay out the nose for monthly pet rent. Burn in *** you Bastards!

I have to dispute charges for service animals

You keep on trying to charge me for my service animals, and I am not supposed to pay. Call me at 719-407-****; my email is fdarroyo256@***.com.

PetScreening - I need a refund now!!!

I am not affiliated with my membership and I thought I had cancelled my payments! I have re-homed my pet and need my money back for the screening renewal ($30) ASAP!

User's recommendation: If you don’t want your money at risk I’d advise looking for a different certified business that actually has a PHONE NUMBER or EMAIL you can contact. this is just ridiculous. I am broke right now and won’t have groceries for the next week if i don’t get this money back.

This company is a joke!

I provided them with all the documentation required, and they said it wasn't enough. I gave them information from a different provider, and they still denied me.

I am in the process of reporting them to HUD Homes and the Better Business Bureau. The fact that there is no way to contact this company is absurd.

I work full time and don't have the capacity to jump through hoops to appease them when I have already provided them with the required documents. Discrimination is definitely a problem here, and I'm waiting to hear back from my lawyer as well.

Preferred solution: A liable company to take over this scam.
